Project Description

Workshop “Bikin UMKM Naik Kelas lewat Praktik Bisnis Masa Depan” sebagai bagian dari program ESG Improvement bagi UMKM yang telah mengikuti tahap awal Evermos ESG Assessment. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pelaku usaha dalam memahami implementasi praktik Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) serta mendorong peningkatan kapasitas bisnis melalui pendekatan yang praktis dan berkelanjutan.

Dalam workshop ini, peserta diajak mengevaluasi tingkat penerapan ESG di usahanya melalui ESG Scoring & Rating sebagai acuan untuk mengidentifikasi area perbaikan. Selain itu, peserta juga mendapatkan wawasan mengenai pentingnya penguatan aspek lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperkuat daya saing, serta membuka peluang kemitraan dan akses pasar yang lebih luas. Sesi juga dilengkapi dengan pengenalan solusi distribusi dari Everpro untuk membantu UMKM mengelola proses operasional secara lebih efektif.

Melalui project ini, Evermos menunjukkan komitmennya dalam memberdayakan UMKM tidak hanya melalui edukasi ESG, tetapi juga dengan menghadirkan solusi yang dapat langsung diterapkan dalam operasional bisnis. Program ini diharapkan mampu mendorong UMKM untuk melakukan perbaikan secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan sehingga menjadi usaha yang lebih tangguh, efisien, dan siap menghadapi tantangan bisnis di masa depan.

Development Impact / Project Objectives

The primary objective of this project is to increase healthcare access and improve health outcomes for underserved rural populations in Nairobi County. By deploying mobile health clinics, we aim to:

  • Provide primary healthcare services to 25,000 individuals in remote areas
  • Achieve 85% vaccination coverage for children under 5 years
  • Reduce maternal and infant mortality rates by 30%
  • Screen and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes
  • Conduct health education workshops reaching 10,000 community members
  • Establish sustainable referral systems to tertiary care facilities
