Project Description
Program ini hadir untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai pentingnya stabilitas mental dalam profesi pendidik. Fokus utamanya adalah menyadarkan bahwa kesehatan psikologis guru merupakan fondasi utama dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang inspiratif.
Kesejahteraan mental yang terjaga akan membantu guru dalam mengelola stres dan tantangan di lingkungan sekolah secara lebih bijak. Dengan kondisi emosional yang stabil, para pendidik mampu memberikan pendampingan terbaik bagi perkembangan karakter serta akademik para siswa.
Edukasi ini diharapkan dapat mendorong terciptanya sistem pendukung yang lebih peduli terhadap beban kerja dan kesehatan jiwa para guru. Inisiatif ini menjadi langkah nyata dalam memuliakan peran pendidik demi keberlanjutan kualitas pendidikan di masa depan.
