Project Description
Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membekali anggota komunitas Creavill Bandung dengan pemahaman mendalam mengenai pola didik yang efektif sebelum terjun langsung ke masyarakat. Fokus utamanya adalah menyelaraskan metode pengajaran agar sesuai dengan karakter dan kebutuhan perkembangan anak-anak di lapangan.
Para peserta akan mempelajari cara memahami psikologi anak guna membangun komunikasi yang lebih persuasif dan menyenangkan selama proses belajar. Kesiapan mental ini sangat krusial agar pesan edukasi dapat tersampaikan dengan baik kepada para siswa dalam program kelas mengajar.
Melalui pembekalan ini, diharapkan setiap anggota memiliki standar kompetensi yang mumpuni dalam menghadapi berbagai dinamika di ruang kelas. Inisiatif tersebut bertujuan untuk menciptakan dampak sosial yang lebih positif dan berkelanjutan bagi kemajuan pendidikan di masyarakat.
